The Unholy Son

A bloody war between man and monster rages across the empire, and the reclusive Konrad Zhao wants nothing to do with it. The once infamous vampire is on a mission to repent, and after years of upholding a pacifistic existence, the meticulous demon has never felt more confident — his cursed soul is on schedule to be redeemed any day now.  But when a brazen coven member familiar with Konrad’s dark past comes to call, demanding aid in the conflict, Konrad’s desire to be good will be pitted against his nature to be bad. Rest assured the heavens will be keeping score as both the evening’s visit and Konrad’s vows come undone.
